Will have to keep making them to jog my memory ;)Sarahnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4964068163567003899.post-73452064208168087422012-11-13T19:51:04.960+13:002012-11-13T19:51:04.960+13:00Funnily enough I was just thinking about orange co...Funnily enough I was just thinking about orange cookies the other day. When I was a kid, back in the 60s, there used to be some ice cream parlours in Auckland called Adams Bruce. They used to make ice cream sundaes of course, but they also sold Queen Anne chocolates, and a variety of baked goods. They used to sell a kind of orange biscuit, almost shortbread-like, that I loved and I was just the other day wondering if I could find a recipe for them. I'm thinking these would be worth a try :-)Couscous & Consciousnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06616224893242380904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4964068163567003899.post-47929954120094156372012-11-13T13:59:39.320+13:002012-11-13T13:59:39.320+13:00Hi Kylie, just as the recipe says - use a tablespo...Hi Kylie, just as the recipe says - use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture and just drop/place it on to the baking paper, it will spread itself and look like the cookies in the photo, no need for rolling and flattening :-) - CourtenayMelissa + Courtenayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02713568120557103469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4964068163567003899.post-22391478786653063692012-11-13T13:10:15.851+13:002012-11-13T13:10:15.851+13:00Hi, Sorry this is going to be a really dumb questi...Hi, Sorry this is going to be a really dumb question, but how do you "Drop rounded tablespoons" of mixture on the baking sheet. I am avid follower of your recipes and I must do everything as described. I am so used to rolling and flattening with a fork. Many thanks Kylie Kylienoreply@blogger.com
